If you want to run ToyBase 7 on Windows Vista then you might need to enable Compatibility Mode as explained in these articles:

If you are still running ToyBase 6 then I suggest upgrading to version 7 on your old PC before moving the software across to your Vista machine as explained in an earlier article.
