If you right-click a document inside ToyBase you have the option to

1. Copy the selected text
2. Copy all the text
3. Save the document to your disk
4. Export any table in the document as a CSV file so you can import it into Excel

But there is no shortcut for Paste! However the Windows shortcut key still works - [Ctrl]-[V]

So if you are editing a record, you can type into the notes field box and hit the paste key to input pre-written text from other sources.
